THE SHOW IS TOMORROW AND I HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY PACKAGE IN THE MAIL, WHAT DO I DO?

- NOTHING WILL BE PHYSICALLY SHIPPED TO YOU. THE SERVICE FEE SHIPPING OPTION IS PURELY THERE TO COVER THE COST OF SHIPPING VIP PACKAGE ITEMS TO THE ARTISTS ON THE ROAD.

I DIDN'T GET A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, I DON'T KNOW MY ORDER NUMBER.

- IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE, PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL WITH THE NAME YOU PURCHASED YOUR UPGRADE UNDER WITH YOUR CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS SO WE CAN UPDATE YOUR FILE AND SEND A NEW CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO BE AT THE VENUE, AND WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

 - VIP CHECK IN BEGINS AT APPROXIMATELY 90 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED DOOR TIME. CHECK YOUR GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET OR VENUE WEBSITE FOR THE DOOR TIME. WE DO NOT HAVE THE DOOR TIMES ON HAND.

 - YOU MUST HAVE A FORM OF PHOTO ID THAT REFLECTS THE NAME YOUR PACKAGE WAS PURCHASED UNDER, CONFIRMATION EMAIL, ORDER NUMBER OR A COMBINATION OF THESE THINGS.

I PURCHASED A PACKAGE FOR SOMEONE ELSE, HOW DO I GET THEIR NAME TO APPEAR ON THE LIST?

- EITHER ENTER THE NAME YOU WISH TO APPEAR ON THE LIST IN THE ORDER NOTES OR SEND US AN EMAIL WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND THE NAME YOU WISH TO APPEAR ON THE LIST
